Employee visit verification and professional reputation

RateMate connects real working interactions between suppliers, employees and receiving points in Armenia with visit history, evaluations and team analytics.

Personal QR and verified visits

The employee presents their personal QR. The receiving point opens the link, enters the required details and allows location verification. RateMate checks the visit conditions before confirming it. Opening a QR link alone does not confirm a visit.

Double Scan check-in and check-out

In a two-scan visit, the first scan records check-in and the second records check-out. The verified flow determines visit completion and evaluation eligibility.

Evaluate now or later

A receiving point can evaluate a verified visit immediately or return to it through Receiving point inbox. An eligible pending evaluation remains available for 30 days after the visit ends.

Team activity and analytics

Authorized supplier users can view their employees’ visits, work activity, evaluations and available analytics. Monthly reports provide a separate historical summary. Other organizations’ private data is not accessible.

Reputation and evaluator privacy

Professional reputation is based on eligible evaluations. RateMate Score and the star rating are separate measures. Employees cannot see the sources or authors of their incoming evaluations.
