How to verify a visit and evaluate an employee
The employee opens My QR in RateMate. The receiving point representative scans it with a phone camera and evaluates the interaction in a browser, without creating a organization account.
What is RateMate?
RateMate is a platform for verifying work visits, evaluating employees and building professional reputation. Suppliers manage their teams, while receiving points evaluate real working interactions.
How do I start a QR visit?
The employee signs in and opens My QR. The receiving point scans that code using a phone camera and follows the steps on the page. Use the employee’s current QR.
Does the receiving point need an account or app?
No. The receiving point opens the QR link in a browser, enters the required organization details and confirms the visit. Evaluation does not require a supplier account.
What if a visit cannot be confirmed?
Check that the employee has My QR open, both phones have internet and location permission, and both participants are at the meeting location. If verification does not finish, follow the page message or contact support without publicly sharing the QR link.
What is Double Scan?
It confirms check-in and check-out with two scans. After the second scan, continue according to the visit status shown on the page.
Can I evaluate later?
Yes. Open the eligible pending visit in Receiving point inbox using the same browser. The evaluation window is 30 days after the visit ends. Clearing browser data can remove access to the session.
How does reputation update?
Eligible trusted evaluations update current reputation. Evidence awaiting verification does not affect it. Insufficient evidence is not presented as an established reputation.
Who can see an evaluation?
Suppliers see information within their authorization scope. Employees are not told which receiving point or person submitted an incoming evaluation. The Privacy Policy explains how data is processed.
