RateMate
Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern use of the current RateMate professional reputation platform. By creating or using an account, you agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and respect its evidence and privacy rules.

01Platform purpose
RateMate connects Suppliers, employees and organizations through employee-owned QR codes, verified visits, evaluations, professional reputation and historical reports. A organization evaluates a real interaction in its browser without a Consumer account. RateMate is not a delivery, routing, payroll, employment or accounting service.
02Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to represent. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for memberships, roles, locations, and actions performed within their scope. Organization roles never create Platform Administrator authority.
03Supplier responsibilities
Suppliers must keep organization, employee, employment and relationship information accurate. They may access only information authorized within their own organization and employment scope. They must not manipulate evidence, seek protected incoming evaluator identities or pressure organizations to submit a particular evaluation.
04Courier and Manager responsibilities
Employees must present their own current QR only for genuine work interactions and keep profile and employment information accurate. They must not spoof location, share authentication credentials, fabricate proof or attempt to identify protected sources of incoming evaluations.
05Organization representative responsibilities
Organization representatives must provide accurate Tax ID and location information and evaluate genuine eligible visits honestly. They must not fabricate evidence, share private browser-session access or harass employees. Guest access remains location-bound. Account access requires valid membership and location grants; submitting an ownership claim alone grants no access. Owners and administrators must manage invitations and branch permissions within their authorized scope.
06QR and Visit integrity
The QR presented in the RateMate visit flow belongs to the employee. Using a QR outside a genuine interaction, guessing tokens, reselling access, falsifying locations or replaying requests is prohibited. RateMate may revoke, rotate, expire or investigate a QR capability or visit when misuse or a security risk is detected.
07Ratings and reputation integrity
Ratings must reflect genuine eligible experience, use the 1–5 scale, and include an approved truthful reason for a score of 1, 2, or 3. Comments must be lawful and relevant. Attempts to coordinate, purchase, retaliate for, manipulate, duplicate, or deanonymize Ratings, RateMate Scores, public profiles, or reports are prohibited.
08Acceptable use
You may use RateMate only for its intended professional reputation and organization workflows. You must not probe another tenant, bypass authorization, scrape protected data, introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, interfere with service operation, impersonate another person, or upload unlawful or harmful content.
09Moderation and enforcement
RateMate may investigate suspicious activity, preserve audit evidence, restrict an action, revoke a QR or session, disable an account or organization, remove unlawful content, or cooperate with lawful requests. Decisions are based on platform security, evidence integrity, privacy, and these Terms; RateMate does not promise to resolve private commercial or employment disputes.
10Intellectual property
RateMate software, branding, interface, documentation, and generated designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Users retain responsibility for information and files they submit and grant RateMate the limited rights needed to host, validate, display, and process them for the service.
11Availability and changes
RateMate aims to provide a secure and reliable service but may perform maintenance, change non-essential functionality, or temporarily restrict access for security or operational reasons. Features may depend on device permissions, network access, verified relationships, sufficient eligible data, and completed monthly processing.
12Responsibility and limitation
RateMate Scores and reports summarize platform evidence and are not guarantees of future performance, employment suitability, legal compliance, or commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RateMate is not responsible for indirect losses, user-provided inaccuracies, unauthorized credential use, third-party outages, or decisions made solely from reputation information.
13Supplier payments and restricted access
When a Supplier payment becomes overdue, a seven-calendar-day grace period begins. During that period, the Supplier retains normal access and receives a warning showing the scheduled restriction date and a route to payment. If payment has not been confirmed by the end of the grace period, normal Supplier workspace access is restricted; Billing and the personal Profile remain available so an authorized user can review the account and complete payment. Access is restored after successful payment is confirmed. Payment status never changes Ratings, RateMate Scores, evidence, immutable history, or the independent publication of employee reputation.
14Suspension, termination, and updates
You may stop using RateMate and request account assistance. RateMate may suspend or terminate access for security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or protection of evidence and other users. Records that must remain for audit, security, dispute, or immutable history may be retained. Updated Terms will be published here with the effective date; continued use after an applicable update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
15Governing law, eligibility, and disputes
RateMate is a B2B professional platform for people acting for or through organizations and organizations. A User must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have full legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement under Armenian law, and must have authority for actions taken for an Organization.
